Understanding Different Filters for a Hone Program

This guide will help you understand the different filters available for a Hone Program.

 

  • The department filter will show the learner’s department in the organization.

  • The location filter will show where the learner is physically located.

  • The due date filter will show the exact date when the learner needs to complete the program.

  • The exact date when the learner was invited to the program.

  • See Program Status for more information.
  • RSVP status of the class calendar invites that were sent out. You can hover the status to see which classes the learner accepted, declined, or pending. See photo below:

  • The class rating for each class the learner completed the class survey for.

  •  The manager filter will show the direct manager of the learner.

 

Attendance Status

In the program, you can hover over the icon to show the scheduled class date/time. 

  • The dash icon indicates that the learner has not enrolled in their assigned Membership class. 
  • The gray icon indicates that the learner has enrolled in a class. 
  • The pink icon with a checkmark indicates the learner attended their scheduled class. 
  • The two arrows icon indicates that the learner has rescheduled the class. 
  • The pink icon with two learners indicates the learner has attended the rescheduled class.
  • The 'x' icon indicates that the learner has missed their scheduled class. 

 

Program Status

You can view the program status for each learner. 

  • 'Invited' indicates the learner is invited but hasn't taken any enrollment action. 
  • 'Enrolled' indicates the learner has enrolled in the Program. 
    • For a Membership Program, the learner has enrolled in at least one class. 
  • 'In-Progress' indicates the learner attended (or missed) at least one class
  • 'Incomplete' indicates the learner was enrolled and has no classes scheduled in the future. 
  • 'Complete' indicates the learner attended all their classes.
