Move Learners within the Same Program

From your Hone portal, you can move learner(s) to another group within the same program during the ‘Enrolling’ status. 

Before you get started, please note the following: 

• Learners cannot be moved into a group in a different program.
• The current group and the future group must be in the ‘Enrolling’ status:
  • Learner(s) cannot be moved into a group that is in the ‘In Progress status.
  • Learner(s) cannot be moved if their current group status is ‘In Progress.’ 

1. Log in to the Hone portal, click on the Program, then click on Groups on the left-hand side. 

2. Click on the group the learner is currently enrolled in.

3. The group details will appear on the right-hand side; click on the ‘Learners’ tab.

4. Check the box of the learner(s) you want to move.

5. Click on ‘Move,’ and a list of available groups within the same program will appear. 

6. Select the new group you want to move the learner(s) into and click on ‘Move Learner.’

Hover over the ‘i’ next to the group name to view the class schedule within that group.

Please note: 

• If a learner cannot attend a class, you can reschedule them through the Hone platform, or the learner can reschedule themselves on their learner platform.
