Automatic Membership Activation

Enables membership access for learners after their program concludes (recommended) or upon enrollment.
When Membership Activation is turned on, the feature defaults to the recommended setting of activating membership when the program concludes; however, you can switch and select the option that is best for your learners.

Steps for switching Membership Activation option

  1. Log in to the Hone portal and navigate to the desired program.
  2. Click on 'More' at the top right corner. 
  3. Select :globe_with_meridians: Program settings.
  4. Under the Automation tab, click Learn More.
  5. Select the desired membership automation option.
  • All learners within that program will have Membership activated upon enrollment or after the last core class of the program.

  • Learners must complete the enrollment process to have membership activated. 
  • The Automatic Membership Activation feature will remain on for new groups added to the Program.
  • If you have multiple Programs, you can turn on/off Automatic Membership Activation for each Program.
