It’s sometimes necessary to make changes to upcoming classes and groups, even if they already have a coach assigned or learners enrolled. See below to determine how your credits are affected when a class is canceled or rescheduled.
These are general guidelines. Please note that your specific contract terms may differ.
Cancelation & Reschedule Penalties
- 1 credit penalty: Canceling or rescheduling a class of standard size (30 or fewer learners) and length (60-90 minutes) on or within 7 days from the class date
- 2 credit penalty: Canceling or rescheduling an Amplified class (plan for more than 30 learners enrolled) on or within 7 days from the class date
- 2 credit penalty: Canceling or rescheduling a 120-minute class on or within 7 days from the class date
When canceling an entire group, note that you will typically only be penalized for canceling or rescheduling the first class in the group, as long as the rest of the classes in the group are more than 7 days out.
