• Joining a class. You should have calendar invites for each class you’re expected to attend. When it comes time to join this class, you can navigate to the platform via a link in the invite. Hone will also send you an email 5 minutes before with a link to the class.
• Participation. We want you to work through these topics as peers by providing support and sharing your thoughts. Please have your camera on and be ready to participate!
• Assessment. We love data. 30 days after your program is complete, you’ll participate in an assessment. The goal is to measure the impact of this training program. Results are private to you and will not be utilized for performance management in any capacity.
