Now, let’s keep up the momentum! Even though your learning program is complete, you still have access to Hone’s library of 100+ classes on topics like communication, leadership, giving feedback, creativity, and more.

Your Hone Membership allows you to learn about and practice the skills you need in your professional development journey, right when you need them.

As a goal, we’d like to see everyone complete at least one Hone class every quarter! Work with your managers to help determine some topics that would be beneficial for you based on individual and company goals. You’ll also receive information about new and upcoming classes from Hone!

As you know, we are going to offer full Hone Membership to our team starting on [start date]. This opportunity gives your team the freedom to forge their own learning journeys with live, engaging classes led by world-class instructors — whenever and wherever works for them. 

As people leaders, we have two asks for you.

  1. Lead with action. Please sign up for at least 3 classes in the next 90 days and share your choices with your team.
  2. Create a learning plan for your team. This doesn’t have to be extensive or take much of your time. Simply think through how many classes you’d like your direct reports to take over the next 90 days, how you can collaborate and support each other through the learning journey, and if there are specific areas for improvement that you’d like your team to focus on when picking classes.

This is a great opportunity for your team to build trust and form closer bonds by having learning buddies, taking classes together, or simply working towards a common learning goal together.
