At Hone, we document all Hone sessions exclusively for internal use.

This practice is integral to our commitment to ongoing enhancement and maintaining high-quality facilitation standards. The recorded sessions significantly contribute to our Qualitative Review Process, which informs the development of our Coach Performance Model and ensures that our Facilitators meet Hone's facilitation standards. These recordings are vital for precise evaluation and tailored feedback.

We strongly emphasize fostering psychological safety in our learning environments; therefore, the recordings are strictly confidential and are not disclosed to any external parties, including customers.
