  • Core Classes
  • Practice Labs
  • Group Coaching
  • Peer Groups
  • Facilitated Discussions
  • Masterclasses

The style of these classes and the way they are run vary and provide learners with a unique learning experience.

Core Classes

  • Hone’s classes teach essential workplace knowledge and skills in a wide range of topics, such as coaching, communication, and inclusion.
  • Classes are geared towards individuals at all levels of an organization, from ICs to managers of managers.
  • All Hone classes follow adult learning theory principles to ensure optimal engagement of learners
  • Learners are also given an opportunity to practice and apply these skills in case studies, guided breakout room activities, and group discussions.

Practice Labs

  • Practice Labs are reinforcement sessions aligned with corresponding classes that empower learners to apply class skills to real-world scenarios.
  • Learners quickly review class lessons from the Core classes and then spend 90% of the time applying them to real-world scenarios
  • Practice Labs are perfect for ICs and New Managers as these sessions will allow them to practice and apply class skills to their real professional experiences.

Peer Groups

  • Peer Groups connect learners with a global community to tackle business problems and level up in their careers through coach-facilitated, learner-led discussions that connect employees with peers in their field or industry.
  • These sessions allow learners to expand their professional networks by connecting with peers in similar roles while allowing them to support one another in today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
  • These sessions also create a safe space for sharing best practices and collaborating to overcome challenges together.

Facilitated Discussions

  • Facilitated Discussions are topic-specific sessions led by expert Hone coaches that transform learning into action through application and reflection.
  • Every Facilitated Discussion has an agenda that’s driven by the coach, with prompts to kick-start each conversation.
  • These sessions are designed to help reinforce concepts by giving learners space to ask questions and engage in open discussions, leading to greater retention and deeper understanding of key concepts.
  • Sessions help foster accountability and continuous improvement by encouraging participants to share their progress and learn from peers.
  • These sessions also create a space for participants to provide immediate feedback, helping others address unique challenges and make learning more relevant.
  • Facilitated discussions are great for post-program training reinforcement, navigating change management, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and for organizations focusing on shifting workplace culture.

Group Coaching

  • Group Coaching single sessions are flexible, one-time sessions designed to deep dive into a specific topic. Participants explore their personal objectives, challenges, and obstacles. They will be challenged to self-reflect and change by exploring new perspectives.
  • Participants connect with their peers in open-ended discussions, exchange insights, strategies, and best practices that can elevate performance.
  • Participants will also be able to observe real-world coaching by witnessing first-hand how the Coach helps their peers tackle similar challenges. They will gain invaluable insights by observing the coaching process and learning from the experiences of others.
  • Single-session Group Coaching is appropriate for Individual Contributors or Managers who want to grow as professionals.

Masterclasses

  • Led by subject matter experts, practitioners, and authors, Masterclasses allow learners to participate in workshops led by industry experts in a multitude of topics.
  • These classes are one-time opportunities that allow learners to be exposed to third-party content in topics around both hard and soft skill development.
  • Hone provides a range of Masterclass topics. Sometimes they follow monthly themes, such as celebrating Women’s History Month in March
  • These classes are exclusive to our Membership Catalog.
