Create, Edit, or Delete an Assessment

From the Hone Admin portal, Learning Leaders can create, edit, and delete an assessment.

Steps to Create an Assessment

  1. Log in to the Admin dashboard
  2. Navigate to the ‘Assessments’ page at the top of the screen on the Admin Dashboard.
  3. Click ‘Create new assessment’ in the top right corner of the page.
  4. You will be taken to a window to create your assessment.

  1. Name your assessment.
  2. Select the recipients for the assessment
    1. You can select from the following options:
      1. Program completion: Learners who completed a program.
        • Learning Leaders can choose specific Private and Membership Programs.
      2. Learner-led Membership class completion: Learners who have completed a Membership class, outside of a program. 
  3. Select the dates between which a learner has completed their program or Membership class.
  4. Under “Timing”, select the open and close date for the assessment. 
    1. Open date: Eligible learners will receive an email. 
    2. Close date: Eligible learners will no longer receive reminders, but can still take the assessment from their Hone dashboard. 
  5. Click ‘Save Assessment’.
  6. Assessment will be visible under ‘All assessments’ on the ‘Assessments’ tab.

 

Edit or Delete an Assessment

Learning Leaders also can edit or delete assessments.

  • Learning Leaders can edit assessments as long as an assessment is in the ‘Scheduled’ or ‘Live’ state.
    • Changes that can be made in the ‘Schedule’ state: 
      • Recipients who will receive the assessment. 
      • Timeframe of program or membership class completion. 
      • Open/close dates.
    • Changes that can be in the ‘Live’ state: 
      • Close date.

FAQ

  • Specific learners cannot be excluded from receiving the assessment.
  • Learning Leaders can export recipients from the Assessment tab. 
    • The report will show who received the assessment and whether they completed it or not.
    • Learning Leaders will not be able to view named colleagues in this export.
  • By clicking ‘View results’ next to an assessment, a Learning Leader will be redirected to the ‘Insights’ page to view the results of the assessment. 
    • The default filter will only show the results from the assessment. There are additional filters to look at different data sets.
