Docebo LMS Integration Guide

To provide learners with additional avenues to find and enroll in Hone’s classes, and provide Learning Leaders with more reporting, Hone has built an LMS integration with Docebo. 

Hone’s integration with Docebo provides the following:

• All Programs (Membership and Private) and all classes in the Membership Catalog sync into your Docebo instance, dependent on products purchased in your contract. 
• Learners can search for and enroll in Hone sessions directly within Docebo.
• Enrollment and attendance data are reflected in both Hone and Docebo. 

Admin Experience

• Program and Class Synchronization: All Programs (Membership and Private) and classes in the Membership Catalog are synced into the organization's Docebo instance, depending on the products purchased in the contract. Because administration of the courses are completed in the Hone system and Docebo does not control access users could complete the classes out of order, and the order of the program will not be sequential. Classes and programs assigned in Docebo will match the terminology that is shown in the Hone platform for that particular program/class.
• Program Creation: All Programs must be built within the Hone Platform
• Data Reflection: Enrollment and attendance data are synchronized and reflected in both Hone and Docebo platforms. Historical Hone programs, learner enrollment, and attendance data are not imported into Docebo.
• Data Flow Limitations: Changes made to Hone courses, sessions, events, or users within Docebo do not propagate back to Hone. Additionally, historical Hone programs, learner enrollments, and attendance data are not imported into Docebo.
• Post-class surveys and assessments are completed within the Hone platform and the data is not sent to Docebo.
• Communication and Surveys: All automated calendar events and communications are managed through Hone.

Learner Experience

• Class Enrollment: Learners can search for and enroll in Hone sessions directly within Docebo, providing a streamlined experience.
• Program and Class Synchronization: All Programs (Membership and Private) and classes in the Membership Catalog are synced into the organization's Docebo instance. Integration Setup Process

The integration can only be set up and configured by the Hone team and a Docebo Superadmin.

1. Set up a time with the Hone team. Please email lms-support-docebo@honehq.com to set up a time to complete the integration as this feature is not available self-service. 
2. Review the Docebo Setup Guide in advance of the integration meeting to familiarize yourself with the steps.

FAQ

• As of September 2024, Hone’s Docebo LMS integration is in beta. 
• Modifying or deleting Hone courses, sessions, events, or users in Docebo will not propagate changes back to Hone.
• All Programs must be built within the Hone Platform
• All automated calendar events and communication will come from Hone.
• Post-class surveys and assessments are completed within the Hone platform and the data is not sent to Docebo. 
• Historical Hone programs, learner enrollment, and attendance data are not imported into Docebo.
