Archive Programs

In the Hone platform, admins have the ability to archive specific programs that are no longer actively running groups. This allows admins to maintain an organized Admin Dashboard of all of their active programs while retaining the data from previously run programs.

Archive Programs

1. Go to the Admin Dashboard.
2. Open up the program you wish to archive. 
3. Select the ‘More’ dropdown menu on the right side of the Insights page.
4. Select ‘Archive program’.
5. The program will then be archived and can be found on under ‘Archived programs’ on the Admin Dashboard.

FAQ

• If a program is archived but an admin chooses to continue with the program in the future, admins can simply follow the instructions above to un-archive the program.
