Membership Class Scheduling Policy
To ensure learners can enroll in the classes they desire, Hone Membership classes are accessible in all regions within 90 days, providing a reliable schedule for learners worldwide.
To meet the needs of our learners, Hone regularly adds sessions across all time zones. This availability ensures that learners have more options to join sessions that fit their schedules, allowing companies to create impactful learning programs for their employees worldwide.
The Hone team regularly reviews the supply of classes available to learners to ensure learners can register for classes within a 90-day timeframe.
Class Addition Strategy
To foster an engaging learning experience, Hone ensures class sizes range between 10 and 25 learners. Classes typically take 3 to 4 weeks to reach these attendance levels as learners adjust their schedules to participate. This way, learners can have the impactful learning experience Hone classes were designed to create.
Cancelation Policy
In order to maintain optimal class sizes and ensure an engaging learning experience, classes with 9 or fewer enrollees as of 8 days before the scheduled start date will be reviewed and adjusted as follows:
- If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment threshold, it will be canceled, and the impacted learners will be automatically rescheduled into the next available session in their timezone.
- In cases where there is no suitable reschedulable class within the 60-day window, the class will be rescheduled to a new date 30 days out from its original start date.
- This approach provides additional time to meet the minimum enrollment requirements while maintaining flexibility for participants.
This structure is designed to make it easier for admins to schedule impactful learning opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience for learners.
The Hone team actively monitors the number of cancellations across regions, as well as the specific classes that are canceled. To avoid inconveniencing learners with repeated cancellations, Hone will ensure that the same class will not be canceled two times in a row. This guarantees that learners are not dealing with continuous cancelations and reschedules.
