Session Format
Learners complete the DiSC assessment prior to attending a debrief session. They then participate in either a debrief session, led by a DiSC-certified coach, to explore their results in depth. You’ve been invited to participate in a DiSC Debrief Session with Hone.
You should have received a calendar invite for the DiSC Debrief Session, as well as an email from the Wiley platform to complete the DiSC Assessment.
To attend your scheduled debrief session, you must complete your DiSC Assessment in advance.
Here’s what you need to do:

Access your DiSC Assessment that has been sent to your email. This email will have come from Wiley.

Complete the assessment before [insert deadline date (which is one week prior to the Debrief session)] at 5:00pm ET / 2:00pm PT.

It typically takes about 20-30 minutes to finish.

What is the timeline once I have scheduled my DiSC Debrief Session?
- DiSC Debrief sessions are to be scheduled with a five-week runway time.
- Two weeks prior to the Debrief session, the DiSC Assessment will be sent to all learners enrolled in the Debrief Session.
- Learners will receive a reminder email to complete the DiSC Assesment halfway through the week and the morning of the final day the assessment is open.
- Learners will have one week from the DiSC Assessment launch date to complete their DiSC Assessment.
- Any learners who have not completed the assessment by 5:00pm ET / 2:00pm PT on the final day will have their Access Code removed and will be unenrolled from the Debrief Session.
- The Facilitator of the session is provided an entire week to prepare for the Debrief session with an extensive report provided by Wiley (the DiSC Assessment provider).
