Facilitated Discussions, called “Let’s Discuss” in Hone’s catalog, are designed for Individual Contributors or Managers.

Session Format: 60-minute session

• Content-light discussions, led by an expert coach, engaging learners with questions along the way to help guide the conversation.
• Every session dives deep into a topic, covering areas such as feedback, delegation, communication, and change.
• Open-ended questions allow participants to drive the conversation and exchange insights, strategies, and best practices.

Facilitated Discussions for Senior Leaders

Executive Discussions are designed for senior leaders (Directors, VPs, and SVPs).

Session Format: 60-minute session

• Conversations covering pressing leadership topics, with 20% content and 80% discussion and activity.
• Topic-focused but highly flexible, allowing senior leaders to explore their most pressing challenges.
• Provides a safe space for leaders to exchange insights, receive feedback, and refine their approaches.
