Hone AI Organization Context

  • Updated

As a Learning Leader, you can submit key context about your organization to personalize the Hone AI experience. This allows the AI to give employees more relevant coaching, examples, and recommendations that feel aligned with your company’s culture and goals.

What to Share

We encourage you to keep submissions concise and high-level. The goal is to provide the “north star” context that applies broadly across your organization.

Here are examples of what’s most helpful:

  • Mission & Vision – How your company defines its purpose and future.
  • Core Values – The behaviors and principles you expect from employees.
  • Strategic Priorities – High-level annual or quarterly organizational goals.
  • Leadership Principles / Operating Norms – Any guiding frameworks leaders use to make decisions.
  • High-Level Org Structure – Divisions, departments, or functions (not individual employee details).
  • Culture Statements – Summaries of how you describe your workplace culture.
  • Key Terminology or Acronyms – Phrases or terms unique to your organization that employees use regularly.

What Not to Share

To keep Hone AI fast and effective, please avoid sending:

  • Entire handbooks, policy manuals, or large binders of content.
  • Detailed project documents or operational data.
  • Sensitive or confidential information that isn’t broadly relevant.

Tips for Preparing Your Content

  • Keep it short: 1–2 pages.
  • Focus on “evergreen” context: Information that will remain relevant for months, not daily updates.
  • Use summaries: A concise bullet-point overview is more effective than a long narrative.

Submitting Your Content

Please send your prepared materials (in Word, PDF, or even simple text format) to your Hone contact, or email support@honehq.com.
