Admins can edit user details directly from the user flyout, eliminating the need to upload a CSV for a single user.
Note: This feature is only available for users whose data has not been synced through an HRIS integration or SCIM.
Steps to Edit a User Profile
1. Navigate to the Learners page in the Admin Platform.
2. Search for and select the learner whose profile you would like to update.
3. In the user flyout panel, click Actions.
4. Select Edit User Profile from the dropdown menu.
5. Update the necessary user details.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.

- Please email support@honehq.com if you need to correct a learner's email address.
- Learners can also update their own profile from the Learner Dashboard.
