You can directly enroll learners into a specific group with no intermediate steps from your Hone Platform.
Before you get started, please note the following:
- You can only enroll learners in a group with an 'Enrolling" status.

Learners can only be enrolled in one Program Group at a time.
- Click on this link to reschedule a class for a learner.

- The learner will receive a confirmation email of their enrollment and the calendar invites.
Steps to Enroll Learners
1. Log in to the Hone portal and select the desired Program.
2. Click on ‘Add Learners’ in the top right corner.
- You can preview available groups that are currently in the ‘Enrolling’ Status by clicking on the ‘Groups’ tab.
3. Click on 'Enroll' and click 'Next'.

4. Select the desired group you want to enroll the learner into.
5. Type or paste the learners' email addresses and click ‘Next’.

Optional to assign a program due date at the time of enrollment. This due date will not prevent learners from scheduling classes beyond it but will notify them of the deadline and encourage them to attend the rescheduled classes before that date.

6. Learners under the ‘Added’ tab will be enrolled.
7. Learners under the ‘Flagged’ tab will require additional assistance.

8. Click 'Select Date' to choose the date by which learners should complete their private program.
9. Choose the desired date.
10. Click 'Send Invites'.
- The learner will receive a confirmation email of their enrollment and the calendar invites.
FAQ
- Click on this link for steps to move learners to another group within the same Program.
- Learners can only be enrolled in a private program group. This feature does not apply to Membership classes.
- The ability to add due dates must be enabled under the Program Settings section of the Program. Click on this link to learn more about enabling this feature.
- Admins are unable to retroactively add due dates or edit due dates. To add or update a due date for a learner, you can reach out to support@honehq.com.
