From your Hone platform, you have the capability to edit upcoming groups in your program.
Before Getting Started
- You can make edits to a group if the status is 'Draft' or 'Finding Coach'.
- Submit the Admin Support Form if the group status is one of the following: Enrolling, Enrollment Closed, and In-progress.
- Edits to the schedule requires the dates to be at least 3 weeks in the future.
- Submit the Admin Support Form if the new date/time is less than 3 weeks.
- Please review your contract or the general Hone Class Cancelation & Reschedule policy before proceeding with the edits.

Steps to Edit Group
- Go to the Hone Platform
- Select the desired Program.
- Select Group on the left-hand side.
- To open the group flyout, select the group you need to edit.
- Click 'More' in the upper right corner and select 'Edit Group'.
- Make necessary changes to the group.
- Update class cadence (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Custom)
- Reschedule the group or class (update date, time & timezone)

Weekly and Bi-Weekly (only used to reschedule all classes in a group) - This option updates the first class. It automatically updates the rest of the schedule according to the cadence.

Custom - Use this option to reschedule classes individually without a cascading effect.

- Click Save.
- An email notification and updated calendar invitation will be sent to any enrolled learners and the coach.
FAQ
- Edits cannot be made for 'Completed' groups.
- Please complete the Admin Support Form if you need further assistance:
- Edit group(s) with the status in one of the following statuses: Enrolling, Enrollment Closed, and In-progress.
- Edit the class order or class selection.
- The new date/time that is less than 3 weeks in the future.
- Click on this link to cancel group(s).
