The Enrollment Link provides admins with a seamless option to enroll learners in both Private and Membership Programs on the Hone Platform. Admins can use the enrollment link for programs they would like to open up to large learner audiences and encourage self-directed enrollment.
Additionally, the enrollment link can be placed in emails, Slack messages, or your LMS when communicating new programs to your learners.
What to Expect for Private Programs and Membership Programs
Private Programs:
- Learners can review the program description after clicking the link.
- They choose the group that best fits their schedule.
- Once enrolled, learners receive calendar invites for all program classes and can view them under the 'Upcoming' tab.
Membership Programs:
- Learners can review the program description after clicking the link.
- If they proceed with enrollment, they will be prompted to create a User Profile (if not already created) and granted Membership Access.
- All program classes will appear in their 'Assigned' tab for easy tracking.
Accessing Your Program's Enrollment Link
1. Sign in to your Hone portal and select the Program.
2. Click on 'More' and then select 'Share enrollment link'.
3. A window will pop up, click 'Copy' and paste the enrollment link to share on your LMS.
FAQ:
- Groups marked with an 'enrolling' status are open for learner enrollment.
- If there are no groups enrolling at the time a learner clicks the enrollment link for a private program, they will be unable to proceed with enrollment.
