Share Global Enrollment Link

The Enrollment Link provides admins with a seamless option to enroll learners in both Private and Membership Programs on the Hone Platform. Admins can use the enrollment link for programs they would like to open up to large learner audiences and encourage self-directed enrollment.

Additionally, the enrollment link can be placed in emails, Slack messages, or your LMS when communicating new programs to your learners.

What to Expect for Private Programs and Membership Programs

Private Programs:

• Learners can review the program description after clicking the link.
• They choose the group that best fits their schedule.
• Once enrolled, learners receive calendar invites for all program classes and can view them under the 'Upcoming' tab.

Membership Programs:

• Learners can review the program description after clicking the link.
• If they proceed with enrollment, they will be prompted to create a User Profile (if not already created) and granted Membership Access.
• All program classes will appear in their 'Assigned' tab for easy tracking.

Accessing Your Program's Enrollment Link

1. Sign in to your Hone portal and select the Program.

2. Click on 'More' and then select 'Share enrollment link'.

3. A window will pop up, click 'Copy' and paste the enrollment link, and this link can be shared with learners or posted in your LMS.

FAQ: 

• Groups marked with an 'enrolling' status are open for learner enrollment.
• If there are no groups enrolling at the time a learner clicks the enrollment link for a private program, they will be unable to proceed with enrollment.
• If none of the group schedule works for the learners, they can select to be on the waitlist. Learners on the waitlist will be notified when the next new group is added. 
• Click on this link for instructions to invite learners to specific groups. 
• Click on this link for instructions to enroll learners in a specific group. 
• To ensure learners are able to properly use the Enrollment Link, only share the link generated under 'Share enrollment link'. 
  • If a learner tries to share the URL generated once they have clicked the enrollment link with other learners, those learners will be unable to enroll correctly.
