AI Needs Assessment

Hone’s AI Needs Assessment is an AI-powered conversation that includes 12 questions to understand how your organization works with AI today, along with a few personalized follow-ups based on the user's responses.

It’s designed to capture a picture of your organization’s experiences with AI, the challenges they are facing, and the support that would be most valuable to drive AI Transformation across the organization.

Admins will receive a report of the AI Fluency level of each employee and a report on the strengths and areas of opportunity that will drive the most impact, delivered after the assessment closes. 

Steps to Launch an AI Needs Assessment

1. Log in to your Hone admin dashboard.
2. Navigate to Assessments
3. Click ‘Launch assessment’
4. Select “AI Needs Assessment” then ‘Continue’

   • Don’t see AI Needs Assessment as an option? Make sure your organization has Hone AI enabled

     

5. Provide the assessment with a name that your users will see and a due date. Then click ‘Launch assessment’

   

6. Copy the link to share with your users and track their progress and AI fluency levels

FAQs

What data is available to Admins?

Admins will be able to see which users have started and/or completed the assessment. After the assessment closes, the Hone team will provide full results to site admins.

What is the experience for learners?

Learners must navigate to the Hone platform where they can then take the assessment.

The assessment takes 15 - 20 minutes to complete on average, and learners can pause/resume progress during the assessment window to complete it over multiple sittings.

Learners will receive their AI fluency score upon completion, and can review the score upon completion by returning to the assessment link.

For learners with Hone Membership, the platform will redirect them to a catalog filtered by their skill level. 

Can the due date be extended? 

Yes. Contact support@honehq.com to extend the due date. 

Can admins see individual responses? 

No. Admins will not be able to see individual responses - but we will provide aggregated results.
