This guide outlines the learner's experience from enrolling in a class to the post-class experience. Even after a learner's Hone class ends, there are ways for learners to stay engaged with Hone content and the resources provided in their sessions.

Learner FAQ

• To ensure learners are able to experience the ideal Hone experience, we ask that learners join individually from their own laptop and not in a room with other learners.
  • This allows us to capture accurate attendance records, as well as allowing for coaches to utilize the protocols and workflows that are the standard for our Coach Community.
• Learners must complete the enrollment process with the email you used to invite them. 
  • Please email support@honehq.com if the learner has two email addresses. 
• If HRIS is not set up, or learners have not already been uploaded to the Hone platform, learners will be asked to set up their Hone profile.
