The Manager Console view will allow the learner’s manager to see the learner’s learning journey with Hone.
- Managers do not need to have Admin or Membership access.
- The manager's email address will need to be entered into the Hone platform.
- From the admin platform, use the learner upload feature or connect HRIS.
Managers can view the following information
- The number of classes the learner is assigned, scheduled, attended, and missed.
- A progress status of the learner’s engagement with Hone. Below are the different statuses:
- On Track: The learner has scheduled all their assigned classes.
- Needs Action: The learner needs to enroll in their program or reschedule their missed class.
- No Development: The learner has not taken a Hone class within the last 365 days or been assigned to a program.
- Managers can send a follow-up email to learners directly from the platform. An email draft will open on their computer’s email app.
- ‘No Membership’ will be noted for the learner who does not have Membership access.
FAQ
- Managers cannot assign Membership classes to a learner. Managers can view the class library and select ‘Copy invite link’ to share with the learner.
- If a learner has a new manager, a manual upload will need to be completed. If the organization has HRIS connected, the information will automatically update overnight.
