Mass Membership Activation & Deactivation

Learning Leaders can now complete a mass activation or deactivation of membership for learners at any time from the 'Learners' tab in the Hone Platform.

Mass Membership Activation

Via the Mass Membership Activation feature, Learning Leaders are able to immediately grant learners access to the full Hone membership catalog, enabling them to enroll in classes as soon as their membership is activated. Membership access can be activated through email or via a link.

Hone’s platform enforces the number of Membership seats purchased, you cannot proceed with activating if your contract does not have any unused Membership seats.

Mass Membership Activation Steps

1. Log in to the Hone platform and click on ‘Learners’ on the top page.

2. Select the learner or set of learners you would like to activate membership for by clicking the box next to their name.

3. Select 'Activate Membership'.

4. Confirm the learners you are activating by selecting 'Confirm'.

Mass Membership Deactivation

Via the Mass Membership Deactivation feature, Learning Leaders are able to immediately revoke access to Hone Membership for learners. 

If a learner has been previously activated but has not taken any classes, they can be deactivated and their membership seat can be reused and assigned to another learner. If a learner has been deactivated, but they have previously taken a Hone class, their seat cannot be reused in the future, as that counts as a used license.

FAQ
