HRIS Integration to Hone Platform

As you begin, we'd like to share some important information with you.

The person connecting the integration must have the following access: 

• Hone Admin Access
• Super-admin access to the HRIS API Key

Please check with your HRIS representative if additional costs will be associated with the integration. 

• Each HRIS system will have a different setup process.

ONLY the following information can be viewed on the Hone Platform.

• First and last name
• Department and job title 
• City, state, and country

Each HRIS may have a different setup, click on this link for steps to set up your HRIS integration and Hone integration. 

• Note: Rippling has an additional cost associated with integrating with Hone, please contact your rep before proceeding. 

This is a one-way sync from HRIS into Hone that updates overnight. The automatic sync from HRIS will override any manual learner upload or update.

Learners in your HRIS will have a user profile in Hone based on the information in your HRIS.

• Learners cannot make any edits to their profiles. 

Don't worry, not all information in your HRIS will sync into Hone. Click on this link to learn more about the information that syncs into Hone.

If your HRIS is not syncing correctly into Hone, you can resync or disconnect the HRIS integration.
