This article will provide you with a high-level overview of the Impact Survey, as well as resources and messaging templates to launch the assessment.
What is the Hone Impact Survey?
- Learners will receive the assessment after completing the last class of the program, or a membership class, during the timeframe an admin has chosen to measure impact. This assessment will provide learners with an understanding of which skills improved as a result of completing Hone classes, as well as areas of opportunity for further development. It is intended to support their growth and is not a performance evaluation tool.
-
This Assessment consists of three kinds of questions:
-
- Self-report questions that capture perceived behavior change.
- Capability-level questions to diagnose strengths and development areas.
- Skill-level questions to diagnose specific skills to focus on moving forward.
-
- In addition to completing a self-assessment, learners will be prompted to invite 3 or more direct reports/colleagues to provide feedback on the new skills they have learned. Once added, direct reports or colleagues will receive an email from hello@honehq.com asking for their feedback via a short assessment of their leadership skills. Their responses will be confidential and summarized in an aggregated report.
- After the learner and at least 2 of their direct reports have completed their assessments, learners will receive an email to view their results on the Hone Platform. Learner results will only be accessible to learners on the Hone platform and admins will receive an aggregate result groups’ report. We encourage learners to use their report insights to plan which Hone Membership classes to complete to support their further development.
