Senior Leader Accelerator is a private, cohort-based learning experience that L&D leaders can tailor specifically to their budget, goals, and leaders’ needs by selecting from Hone’s variety of senior leader learning experiences, including:

• DiSC Personality Assessment to elevate self awareness and deepen understanding of personal leadership style, strengths, and growth areas.
• Executive Discussions that dive into pressing leadership topics, like managing up or strategic decision making, through application and reflection, led by a coach.
• 1:1 Coaching that connects leaders with expert coaches to transform their goals into actionable strategies for success.
