  • Create a Slack channel

    • This can be used for Membership to promote upcoming classes and poll learners on classes of interest. Learners can also share key takeaways and commitments from Hone classes.

    • For Private Programs, schedule recurring Slack messages reminding learners to post about commitment progress. When participants post about their commitments, acknowledge their posts with emojis, supportive comments and inquiries. As they complete commitments, celebrate their successes and remind them to return to the Hone platform to mark the commitments as complete.

  • Monthly newsletter on Learning where you promote Hone Membership classes, suggesting a goal of having all employees take at least one upcoming class

  • Admins can join regular department meetings where they promote a particular Membership class that would resonate with the department (recommendation is to collab with the Dept head on what class topic(s) to announce) or to promote a Private or Membership Program the L&D team is running.

  • Create an internal resource center for your Hone offering.

  • In observance of monthly-themed celebrations, you can align Hone Membership classes and mobilize the entire org to take a particular class.

  • Whichever long-term strategies and admin put in place for Membership, recommend they set a quarterly reminder for themselves to identify Membership champion users and see how they can incorporate them into their engagement efforts (i.e. incorporate quotes into an upcoming monthly newsletter, hold a fireside chat with a senior leader who also happens to be a Hone membership champion on the important of learning, etc.)
