Hone AI Only: Admin & Learner Experience Guide

If your organization purchased Hone AI seats, this guide walks through what admins and learners can expect in the platform, from the admin experience (which includes things like access provisioning, reporting, and program creation) to the learner experience.

Admin Experience

Viewing Contract & Seat Usage

As an admin, you can view AI seat allocation and usage by going to your Settings tab and viewing Contract & Usage.

Within this page, you’ll see:

• Contract term dates
• Seat allocation
• Seats used vs. unused

Separate tracking for Membership and Hone AI will also be visible for customers with access to both Hone AI and Membership (if applicable)

Program Creation Flow

For a customer with only Hone AI Seats:

• When creating a new program, you can begin selecting the Hone AI sessions you would like to include in your program. Once AI Sessions are selected, you will also be asked to provide program details, such as a program name, program description, and program goals. 

For customers with Hone AI Seats as well as Membership and/or Private Programs:

• Private Programs: During the program creation process, you will see the option to select  Hone AI or Private. 

• For admins at organizations with access to Membership, the standard Hone AI program creation flow remains. 

Activating AI-Only Seats

When activating learners in an AI-only program:

• If the learner has no existing seat, an AI-only seat will be activated.
  • If your organization also has Membership seats, and an invited learner already has a Membership seat, there are no changes to access for that learner.

Admin Dashboard

For Hone AI Only customers, the Admin Dashboard features the following tabs:

• Programs
• Learner Activity
• AI Sessions 
  • This tab provides visibility into AI session activity and engagement.

Hone AI Only Learners

Learners who only have access to Hone AI will only be able to see Hone AI products on their Learner Dashboard 

They will be able to see the following tabs:

• AI Coach - Learners can engage directly with Hone AI Coach.
• AI Sessions - Learners can participate in any of Hone’s AI Lessons or Practices.  
• Activity tab - Learners will be able to see any lessons/practices they have been assigned via a program, have in progress, or have completed.
