From your Hone Platform, you can invite learner(s) to a private program.
Before you get started, please note the following:
- Learners can be invited to groups that are in the 'Enrolling' status.
- Learners cannot be enrolled in 'In-Progress' groups.
Enrollment Types
There are two ways you can invite learners to enroll.
1) Any Group Enrollment

- Recommended to allow more flexibility for learners to choose the best-timed group for their schedule, and audience segmentation is optional.
- The learners can enroll in any current or future groups.
- This feature is enabled by toggling on the 'Enable learners to enroll in any group, including those that open in the future' toggle on the invitation flow.
- If learners do not enroll in the current group, you can resend the invitation for future groups when it becomes available.

2) Closed Enrollment

- After enrollment, a learner can reschedule individual classes into ANY available groups within the program.
- You can select one or multiple groups to invite the learners to enroll. This will allow the learners to see and enroll in one of the pre-selected groups.
- If you select multiple groups when inviting learners, as opposed to Any Group Enrollment, you will see multiple invite records attached to that learner's name.
- We recommend leveraging the 'Any Group Enrollment' in any instance where the path forward is to invite a learner/learners to more than one group.

Invite learners to Private Program
1. Log in to the Hone platform and click on the Program you want to invite learners to enroll in.
2. Click on ‘Add Learners’.
3. Click on 'Invite' and click 'Next'.

4. Select the group(s) you would like the learners to choose during 'Enrollment'. Toggle 'Enable learners to enroll in any group, including those that open in the future' to enable the waitlist.
- Learners invited to 'any group' will be notified when new groups become available.
- Click on this link to learn about the two ways you can invite learners to enroll.
5. Click ‘Next’.
6. Paste the learner emails that you want to invite.
- The learner under the ‘Added’ tab will be invited.
- The learner under the ‘Flagged’ tab will not be invited.
7. Click ‘Next’.
8. The learners on the ‘Ready’ page will receive an email to enroll. Click ‘Send invites’.
FAQ
- If you have HRIS integration to the Hone Platform, the learner's name and department will appear on the 'Learners' page.
- Admins you can move learner(s) to another group within the same program during the ‘Enrolling’ status. To learn more about moving learners between groups, check out our Help Center Article here.
- If learners can no longer attend the session(s) in the group they have enrolled in, the learner can be rescheduled. This way they can remain in the group they were originally enrolled in without being moved to another group entirely. - Please complete the Admin Support Form to enroll learners after the program has started.
