Create a Hone Program

As a Learning Leader, you can manage and monitor your organization’s membership and private programs and can conveniently access comprehensive insights into your learners' progress.

 

Before Creating a New Program

To help get things started, here's a list of information you'll want to have ready before creating a new program:

  • Choose a name for your program.
  • Decide which program you want to build. We recommend starting with one of our Hone programs.

Steps to Create a Program

  1. Log in to the Hone portal.
  2. Click the 'Create New Program' button
  3. Click ‘Add class’ to start adding classes to the program. 
  4. Using the list of available classes, select the class that will be a part of the program.
  5. Click ‘Add Class’
    • To select a curated pre-built program from our Class Catalog, select 'Add recommended program' and choose your program.
  6. You can drag the class to change their order and click 'Next'.
  7. Add Program Details and click ‘Next’.
  8. Review your program to ensure the classes and information are correct and select ‘Create program’.

Hone Program Overview

Here’s a summary of the suggested employee groups that best suit the Hone programs. We recommend starting with one of our recommended standard programs. These programs contain classes that fit well together and are pre-vetted for each audience/capability.

  • Click on this link for instructions on sending reminders to learners who have not signed up for classes.
  • Click on this link to reschedule a class for a learner who has reached out to you.
  • Click on this link to learn more about how to add groups for your Private Program. 
  • Please complete the Admin Support form to remove learners who can no longer participate in the Membership program.
  • You can gain insights into the learners’ experience under ‘Feedback’ and ‘Commitments’.
  • Learners cannot receive credit for private programs by attending one membership session.
  • Masterclasses are not eligible as part of Programs.
  • Learners must sign up for Membership classes from their Learner portal.
    • Membership Program credit will not be given if learners sign up from the Hone catalog.
  • Click on this link to activate membership without inviting learners to a program.
  • Please email support@honehq.com if you do not see your program classes available.
